1. Eligibility

You must be able to enter binding transactions in your jurisdiction to use the platform.

2. Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for your credentials and activity on your account. Misuse, fraud, harassment, or attempts to manipulate listings may lead to suspension.

3. Bidding and purchases

• Live bids are intended as binding purchase intent.
• Closing times, reserve prices, and lot details are governed by the published listing.
• Direct-purchase product pages are governed by the listed price and availability.

4. Authentication and disputes

If a qualified independent review proves an item inauthentic, GameToAuction will review the claim and honor its authenticity guarantee. Disputes should be raised promptly with evidence through the support or authentication channels.

5. Platform changes

We may update catalog structure, route availability, content policy, or these terms as the platform evolves.
